After years of working in the medical field , Michelle, decided to pursue her dream of owning her own MedSpa. She envisioned a space where patients could feel comfortable, relaxed, and pampered while receiving high-quality aesthetic treatments.

Under Michelle's leadership, Skin Perfect And Wellness has become a premier destination for those seeking a wide range of non-invasive aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and more. Dr. Wagner is a wonderful, dedicated mother who enjoys spending time outside running, hiking, and skiing. She loves spending time with her family, and she is thrilled to be living in Colorado.
